Born and raised in St. Louis, MO. Emily has been playing violin since the age of three. She has her BM from UMSL and MM from SIUE in Violin Performance.



Emily enjoys performing violin around the St. Louis area with prestigious groups including the Bach Society of St. Louis, Salem-St. Louis Chamber Orchestra, Gateway Festival Orchestra, Landolfi Quartet, Modde Music, and the St. Margaret of Scotland Church Choir. She loves performing and bringing happiness to others through her music. Emily is certified by the Suzuki Association of the Americas to teach violin books 1-10. She has been teaching at a parochial school, St. Margaret of Scotland, since 2013. Emily started a Suzuki Violin program that initially began with 27 students and has grown to over 130, ranging in ages 3-14.

Wood Work and Design

Emily and her husband, Ian, have combined their creative forces and are now designing, crafting, and selling a variety of items. Items include handcrafted wood signs, wood flags, apparel for all ages, and other household items. Custom work is also available.
